First off, the piece is a work of art! I’m almost afraid to use it! After receiving with every accessory that will ever be needed and great instructions, I received an email advising that the seller was refunding me 15% on the order as they were having an upcoming sale and didn’t feel it was fair that I miss out. Who does that these days?! Extraordinary experience to say the least.
